A little over a year ago things weren't looking too good for me. I was 26 years old, still living with my father and wasn't doing too good with my job. One day I decided that it was time to grow up a little and make something of myself. I went out and rented an apartment. The staffing agency found me a new contract the week I moved in. I have been working as a desktop support technician at the corporate offices of a large company. I thought it was pretty sweet that I got a good job right after taking on the extra responsibility of an apartment.

This month I rented a house. My mom bought a new house, and I agreed to rent her old house until she is able to sell it. Just last week the company I have been working at offered me a permanent position. I'm doing the same thing, but now I'm making more money and get benefits. That's really sweet.

I'm thinking I'll buy a yacht next year. If my luck keeps going this way, I should get a job as an executive after that.
