With the new hosting plan came cool little statistical reports. So I was looking at those cool little statistical reports today when I noticed a spike in today's bandwidth usage. Looking through my referrer logs, I saw that someone had hotlinked one of my pictures on a LiveJournal group message board. Adding insult to injury, it seemed to be making fun of me and my ex-boyfriend Justin.

I tried to contact the person who posted the image, but LiveJournal users usually don't list email addresses. Anonymous and non-friend posting was disabled, so I couldn't leave a comment asking them to remove the link. I had to search the moderator profiles until I found one that linked to her MySpace profile. Then I had to sign up for an account to use their Send Message function, something LiveJournal seems to be lacking. Long story short: The link was removed. Thanks to the mod.

For future reference, I allow some people to hotlink the Schizophrenic Campaign logo, but I do NOT allow ANYONE to reuse ANY of the pictures of me or my family in ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM without prior written consent. As of this posting, consent has not been granted to anyone. The only exception to this rule applies to my ex-boyfriends' use of pictures which they also appear in.

Warning to all: In the future, I just might pull a Switcheroo with images that can get your account canceled.
