It's only been a month since I moved out and my dad is trying to get me to move back in. I don't understand why. Shouldn't he be glad that I'm supporting myself? Shouldn't he be glad that I'm showing some responsibility? Shouldn't he be encouraging me to take care of myself?

Sometimes I feel like he wants me to be a failure. Every time I talked about moving out, he always talked me out of it. The only reason I got this apartment is because I didn't tell him anything about it until after I had rented it. He still tried to keep me from moving in there. I just don't understand it.
