I about had a heart attack this morning. It happened when I was on my way back from traffic court. I was in one of the two exit lanes from I-240 to Nonconnah Parkway when a car pulled up behind me and started tailgating me. I thought about pulling over and letting him pass, but I decided he can wait 30 seconds while I pass a flat bed tractor trailer. I was less than 500 feet from the truck when one of the big metal thingys he was hauling tipped over and fell into my lane. I don't know what the big metal thingy was, but it filled the whole lane. Luckily for me (and all the other cars behind the truck) it dragged beside the truck until he was able to pull off the interstate. Even if it fell completely loose, I could have stopped. The scary part is that if a car was beside that truck, it would have been crushed. I think if I would have pulled over and let that tailgating car pass, he could have been beside the truck. Comments

Dang! That is a bit scary!
The other day I was driving and this SUV decided he wanted in my lane. He starts coming into it and was about to hit me. I swerved and my car went out of control. I did about 6 360s. I was calm until it was all over. When my car finally came to a complete stop I was not even a whole inch away from the wall. I know I would have died if I had made impact with that wall, bc my car went so whacko I noticed it went up to 80 MPH on its OWN! Scary Scary!! But I am glad you are okay! :) Comments are currently disabled due to abuse. Please email me.
