I do believe in fairies. I do. I do.

I went to see Peter Pan tonight(sunday). I thought the PG-13 rating meant it would be good. I guess it was pretty good in a way. I laughed most of the movie, but I don't think the makers anticipated the humor I saw.

I love watching childhood stories now that I'm all growed up with a warped mind. I pick things out in a movie that I never would have seen as a child. Things like Captain Hook being in love with Peter. The reason he wanted to kill Peter was insane jealousy. He felt that if he couldn't have the boy, no one could. And the reason Peter never killed Hook is cause deep down he felt pity for the lonely old man.

I'm sure that there are other people who see the same things I see in this movie. There must be others who believe Captain Hook and the other pirates are members of NAMBLA. Come on... the men had a hold of a pretty young girl and none of them even looked at her inappropriately. They're fucking pirates. Pirates like to rape and pillage. No wonder the children couldn't remember their parents. All of their memories were repressed. Hence the "Happy Thoughts" of the lost boys.

Anyways, I always wanted to be Peter Pan. I wanted to sprinkle the fairy dust and fly away to Neverland. But fairy dust is expensive and illegal, and I never got that flying sensation. Oh well.
